Step up just a little bit more and challenge yourself with a great short term goal to help get you going with our Spring Fling 5k Training Program. As part of a comprehensive 8 week program, they will be right by your side as you learn to cover both distances by running or run/walking and accomplishing something to help you start the Spring off on the right foot! The training starts slowly and comfortably increases as we progress from week to week.

Training program includes:
- Training Dates: March 8 – May 10
- Workout Times: Saturdays at 9AM
- Goal Race: Rockland Road Runners Fortune Race 5k and 10k
- First Fun Run: March 8, 9AM
- 8 week program including weekly workouts
- Seminars on running form, gear, nutrition and Recovery
- Weekly email bulletins with tips, advice, motivation & encouragement
- Support from our Newton Running Coach on an individual basis
- Special discounts at the Athlete Recovery Center
- Pre-race course run for familiarization
